This season I’ve been gravitating towards hues of burgundy, rose and blush in my clothing selections. These warm tones are becoming a favorite of mine and pairing this color palette together gives a gorgeous combination to create a fall-ready outfit. You may have seen my burgundy coat last worn here. This coat has become one of my favorites to wear this season as the drape and color gives off a regal vibe. I also recently discovered my sweater from J.Crew for under $100. It is from their Point Sur collection (similar here), one that I’d never heard of until I saw this sweater. This sweater is a blend of merino wool, alpaca and nylon and is so extremely soft! My pants are from Uniqlo (color brown, but looks much more of a dusty pink in person). These pants are currently on sale and warning, they are crazy comfortable!
Transitional seasons make it difficult to know what type of outerwear you might need on a given day. This is why I’ve rounded up my picks for the best jackets for fall 2018. These are must-haves for my wardrobe when the temperatures are a bit more unpredictable and I need options to pick from to ensure I’m not too hot or cold.
This week the temps really dropped in Seattle so when I spotted this burgundy wool coat at Uniqlo I knew I needed to add into my rotation this fall. This week the temps really dropped in Seattle making it the perfect time to pull out the warm coats. As much as I love my puffer down North Face jacket I also love a chic wool coat. I immediately was drawn to this one because of the color which I bought in wine or more commonly burgundy.
