Ballard Farmer’s Market Flowers

Ballard Farmer's Market FlowersOne of the things that I love about Seattle is that almost every neighborhood has it’s own weekend farmer’s market. We are fortunate enough to live within walking distance to a great year-round farmer’s market in Ballard. When it’s not too cold or rainy in the winter I love to take a stroll down to the market on Sunday’s and buy farm-fresh vegetables or sample local fruit as well as buy a bouquet of flowers. Most of the flower vendors at the market this time of year are pretty low on the fresh cut flowers but have some really lovely bouquets of dried flowers, which is what I bought and featured in this post.

I’m really anxious for spring to come and for the weather to warm up, but the winter temperatures are not stopping me from wearing springtime colors such as white pants and soft pinks. One of the piece that I’m most excited about in this look is the pair of white Louise et Cie loafers that I took out for their first spin for this post. These shoes are made of the softest leather ever and are currently available at Nordstrom Rack for a steal (shop them here!) Continue on to see more from this look and an up close shot of these shoes.
